It is constructed entirely from solid metal components with a black powder-coated finish for durability. The package includes the pipe adapter, main pole, stay arms, bolts, and screws needed for installation. A pre-cut conduit hole in the main pole allows for cable management. Note that the Starlink dish is not included.

The Starlink V5 pipe adapter supplied with your Starlink kit attaches directly to the mount, so no additional pipe adapter is included or needed.
